Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love Praoutil.com instruments and equipment, but in case you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the return and exchange process very easy.
How long do I have to make a return?
You can return your purchases for a refund of the purchase price or exchange it for another product within 15 days of receipt. Depending on product availability, items may be exchanged for another item of equal value.
Returns are not allowed in the following situations:
1 Items with signs of use, wear, damage, dents, scratches or without (if applicable) manuals, warranties, accessories, etc.
2 Items marked as non-returnable and gifts cannot be returned.
3 Downloadable software products.
Return shipping cost :
1 Products with manufacturing defects.
Please contact our service staff to start the return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label.
2 Products without manufacturing defects.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@praoutil.com with your order number. We will provide the return address and further instructions.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges:
We do not process automatic exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Important News :
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This may not be the return address and will affect how your return is processed.
- Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Praoutil.com Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
- Please be sure to check your returns thoroughly before sending them back. We will not be responsible for the return of non-Praoutil.com products.
